SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. The policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS? 

In-Store Pickup 

In store and curb side pickups are available from 10am - 3am 

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping products. 

 

Free Shipping 

We offer Free Delivery on Purchase Above RM 500.

Goods will be delivered within 120 minutes 

We also offer fast delivery at the following rate of third party deliveries:

This is applicable for Malaysian Customers only

International Customers do enquire your shipping rates thru our support chat team

If you select an expedited shipping/delivery option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping/delivery orders.

All times and dates given for delivery of the product are given in good faith but are estimate only.

Once your package is packed, we will send a tracking number or update via WhatsApp of your orders.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY? 

We offer deliveries within Malaysia only, Malaysian Customers Free Deliveries/Shipping Above RM500. It is not valid for international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international shipping and you may be subject to additional duties and taxes over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDERS IS DELAYED? 

If delivery is delayed, we will provide a new or different delivery time on the same day to you. The deliveries will be on the same day for Klang Valley customers.
